Carol Burk - Owner / Founder of Burk Enterprises - Carol moved to the Mt Hood area in 1997, bringing her parent company Carol's Complete Cleaning with her. It was not long after working with vacation rental homeowners in the area that with their encouragement and need for management services started All Seasons Vacation Rentals in 2002. Carol works along side all her team members and takes pride in their great compassion and dedication to our guests and homeowners. Carol enjoys gardening, long walks with her dog Daisymae , community gatherings & events and loves to travel and experience new places. 

Pamela - Front Desk/Booking specialist - Pamela was drawn to the beauty of the Mt hood Area 24 years ago and is proud to call this area my home. Pam has been in the Hospitality business for over 20 years. "It is my desire and pleasure to welcome others to the Mt Hood area. My expertise is quality guest service and assuring all have a memorable stay".

Herminia - Houskeeping and Quality Assurance  - Herminia has lived in the area for 24 years and has worked for this company for over 12 years. Her interests are enjoying the Beauty of the area and her family. "I enjoy serving people and providing excellent customer service and support".

Greg - Maintenance Technician - Greg is a local resident of 15 years. He works for each homeowner to properly care for their vacation rental maintaining each home’s unique presence. 

 David - Front Desk / Customer service-The Mount Hood area has been David's home for over thirty years. For the past decade he has been semi-retired and working a couple of days a week as visitor information specialist, first at the Mount Hood Information Center and now for 10 + years he has been sharing his love for the region’s natural beauty with our guest at All Seasons Vacation Rentals. "I can’t image a better way to live. I get to be in this beautiful place and share it with people all over the world"
