We were very pleased with the way Property Rentals responded to our vacation needs. House was lovely and we had a great girls getaway.

House was perfect for our needs. We were in town for some events happening at the resort lodge and this was a short walk away. House had all the accommodations we needed and was clean upon arrival.

The house was amazing and we enjoyed the stay but the management was not organized and didn't really pay attention until it was time for us to leave.

Nice, open concept home that felt very homey and cozy. Pros were great hot tub, proximity to cute town of Welches and nearby Sandy and Timberline, comfortable furniture and beds, and spacious enough that it never felt cramped. Cons were out dated appliances and heavily worn cookware, old and sort of mildewy towels, and just a general layer of dust throughout different areas of the house. If I could guarantee fresh, clean towels the family and I would easily stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. The deck was the perfect place to relax and there was plenty of space to be together. Only one downside: two of the toilets need to have the flushing mechanism replaced - one would get stuck in the running position and the other had very weak water flow. Those were very small things compared to the greatness of the place!

The house has a nice driveway and has a nice hot tub and spacious. The biggest concern we had were toilets outside of master were giving us issues as the handles were falling off and the shower upstairs was very difficult to start. Other than those things the rental was nice. They had lots of extra blankets.

My lady-vets and I did a weekend girls trip. This home was perfect for us. each of us got our own rooms, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out. The hot tub was a hit and perfect for late night relaxing and unwinding from the days activities. The o Lu thing was that there were no lights outside by the hot tub so we needed our phone flashlights to get the hot tub unlocked and opened up. The check-in ladies were great! Our place was missing the oven rack, and we notified them and they brought it out to us in a timely manner.they recommended a few places for us to try out... we went to Rendezvous for dinner (as recommended) and it was amazing! We also got the chance to go to Coopers Winebar which didn’t disappoint. we all had a great relaxing time, and look forward to our next visit!!

Our Family enjoyed our site here. Beautiful walking trail with a river. 17 mins away from SkiBowl. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wood fireplace.

Clean house , outdated bbq grill no use, need to update stove and fridge, and use nonskid bathroom rugs... overall I give it a 75% rating

Beautiful property, clean, great location, nice view from the deck, nice interior, and easy to coordinate with the property manager. We enjoyed some of the board games, the hot tub, and the ping pong table. The BBQ is unreliable as other reviewers noted.

This is a great house and a great location. All Seasons was great to work with and made everything very easy. The only complaint is that the grill needs to be replaced. It is an old unit with gas and heating coals and there is a hole in the grating holding the coals so only half the grill is useful and the electric ignition does not work.

House was clean and very well stocked. The most stocked for any house I’ve ever stayed in! I appreciated the new sponge, all the soaps (including mini bar soaps for the bath, and all of the utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The house was perfect for our stay and we look forward to coming back!!

During this COVID time, we were extra-cautious about ensuring our safety. We had local family come for a day visit, and the multi-level deck was perfect. In addition, the house had everything: well-stocked kitchen (so many plates, utensils, etc.), ping pong, hot tub, etc. Never could get the TV to work. 1980s-90s decor, but fully functional. Great location too! Used All Seasons Vacation Rentals to avoid AirBnB/VRBO fees.

Kitchen stocked with all of our needs, plenty of beds and bedrooms to choose from. Loved the extra porches and overall layout of the house.

This is an amazing find. But more importantly the customer service I received from the property manager was extraordinary. I will definitely be using their services again, and we can not wait to come back to this gem.

Ladies book club wanted a weekend get away near the mountain and with plenty of space. This rental met our needs. The kitchen is stocked better than most rentals I have stayed in and the home was very clean upon arrival. I would recommend and may be back again for the 2nd annual getaway next year!

Loved our stay. The house was light filled and spacious and the large deck was surrounded by trees! Kitchen had everything, hot tub towels were provided, propane fire pit was a hit, and the place was very clean (kudos to the housekeepers!). You can walk to the pool and gorgeous hikes are 10 minutes away.

Beautiful home. Very clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to go up to the Mt and all surrounding areas. One morning there was a deer in the front yard. We have family in the area so we will definitely stay again.

We had a great time and would most definitely rent this home again. It was very clean, everything was in working order, was comfortable, and I was impressed by the all the supplies in the kitchen. The house layout was accurately shown in the online photos. The folks at All Seasons were great to work with during our reservation process and when we were in the office. We ate at several local restaurants, rode the ski lift at Ski Bowl, did some swimming, some hiking to the river, and visited the Timberline Lodge. We also saw some sights around the area. We also did a bit of grocery shopping at the local store and it was nice being able to get everything we needed close to the house. We would definitely recommend this property and All Seasons to others. We're looking forward to going back!

The house was spacious clean and very easy to get to. We had family and extended family stay as we attended a wedding at Camp Arawana,it was almost walking distance.

The property description was very accurate. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. The house is well-lit, open, clean, and well-maintained. In addition, we were very pleased to find a variety of family games and reading materials available. We loved the ping pong table too! Kitchen is also well stocked of cooking pots/pans and utensils that were all in very like-new condition. We also make use of their bbq and hot tub!

The management also provided excellent customer service. Prior to our rental date, there were 2 times that I requested a change to my reservation. They were very accommodating and were able to revise our contract. On the day of our arrival, the management in the office were very friendly and organized. When we arrived, they had our keys and directions to our rental. We were in and out of their office under 5 minutes.

I would definitely recommend this rental property. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again. This house was very easy to find and in a very convenient location.

On a side note, I did price check many rental websites, as this house is listed on multiple rental websites. All Seasons was the cheapest. At first, I was a bit unsure about renting through this management because I have never rented from them before. I was glad that I did. The process was so seamless, which helped us to not worry about anything and just enjoy our vacation.

This is a perfect house for a ski vacation! The location is really good: 5min from the supermarket and ~20min from Timberline mountain road. It includes all the accommodation needed and the management team are super responsive.

I would recommend to anyone going in this area.

This was a Christmas gift for my kids and grandkids. We all loved th he house and the hot tub. Snow would have made it perfect!
The only thing is we had nothing to put recycled items bins or anything.
