This happily appointed, 1500 sq ft mountain chalet is privately situated on one acre, with river frontage. Conveniently located close to local shops and restaurants; giving you the full mountain experience of peace and quiet without the isolation. Enjoy soothing sounds of the river while soaking in the hot tub or relaxing on the deck. Play horse shoes on the private beach, complete with picnic table, fire pit and twin log loveseats .
The deck is complete with a river view, chiminea and table and chairs. There is another fire pit and seating area below the deck. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and invite a variety of birds and other wild life including deer.
With 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, your family and friends will sleep comfortably in 2 queen beds, one set of twin bunks and a queen futon. Make a fire in the wood stove for cozy winter evenings. Ceiling to floor windows lets in tons of natural light.
The gourmet kitchen boasts top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Everything you need to make your gourmet meals is ready and waiting for you, including the gas BBQ.
All amenities are here including WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer. Kids will have fun playing foose ball and ping pong when the weather is questionable.
Your well behaved pet (one only please) is welcome to stay (but not on the furniture).
